💜 Can I return or exchange an order?

I’ll try my best to help you with any problems. As a small business/sole proprietorship, I don’t have the same resources for free exchange and returns as big companies, and I hope for your understanding in this.

If you are attending an event I am also at, you are welcome to exchange directly with me.

If you cancel your order before it has been sent for any reason, you will get a full refund. If your order has shipped already, you need to return the order and upon reception you will be refunded the cost of the order minus the shipping, once the order has arrived back.

💜 What if something is wrong with my order?

If you have a problem with an order from this store, please contact me on email.

If your order is damaged or faulty, the products will be replaced (same product but different unit) at no cost. Please contact me and provide pictures and explanation of the problem.

Please understand that most of the products I sell are handmade, for example pins and charms, so they are all a bit different and might have small imperfections.
