Shipping & Delivery
All packages are shipped from Denmark with Postnord.
Orders will usually be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Postal services charge by weight and they offer fixed prices based on range of weight with a minimum starting price. Usually the range for the first 500 g will be the same, therefore shipping will be cheaper per product the more you order.
Domestic Shipping
For shipping within Denmark, you can choose between:
Untracked Letter: 12-55 DKK - no tracking and no guarantee for lost packages
MyPack Collect: 38-40 DKK - tracked shipping sent to your nearest pick-up point/post office
MyPack Home: 50-57 DKK - tracked shipping to your door
International Shipping
All international orders are with tracked shipping and the price depends on country and weight. You can check the price in check-out when selecting your country.
Please be aware that you might need to pay customs and VAT upon delivery as it's not being collected at checkout.
Regular package up to 500 g ranges from about 30-45 DKK (this is just to give you an idea about the shipping range).
Europe: 30-40 DKK ~ 4-5.50 EUR
America: 43 DKK ~ 6 USD (max. 2 kg)
Rest of the world: 35-45 DKK (some countries will be 65 DKK)
Pick-up Options
Pick-up is only available after appointment. If you are going to an event I will be attending, please message me beforehand and you can pick-up your order at my booth.
Estimated Shipping Time
These times are only estimates and I have no control over the post company and their delays. Remember it’s normal for delays during busy seasons, so please don’t expect orders to arrive exactly on time.
Denmark → 3-10 working days
Europe → 6-14 working days
Rest of the World → 7-20 working days (or can be longer due to customs)
